We t3h people at Quake-Revolution.com are pleased to announce a Revolution instagib CTF tournament. Entry is completely FREE(!), and there are prizes.
SpAzY has offered to host a server for free[3 months free can continue hosting after that for a very reasonable price =), 16 slot server, European server]
The guys over at www.ClanTeamWork.com also have offered web hosting for free[1gb space, 1 SQL Database, pre-setup phpmyadmin]

This is a CTF tournament, entry teams MUST have at least 3 players, and are allowed to have no more than 5. All players are required to register to this site. It'll help us keep track of everyone, we can then send out e-mails and/or private messages to keep everyone on the same page. ..and! You wont be able to vote, or post about anything involving the tournament. Matches can range from 2v2 to 5v5, depending on the team's preference and limitations.
